On Stewart’s advice, I opted for a ‘viewing event’ to market my house. The appointment slots were quickly filled and I had an offer for the full asking price the very same day, that I accepted. While the ‘chain’ was in place, due to a very incompetent legal team acting for one of the purchasers, it took several months for my sale to complete. Throughout the process, Matt kept in almost daily contact, not only with myself but the other solicitors and estate agents involved to ensure the chain didn’t collapse. He went above and beyond and happily my sale completed successfully. I can’t recommend Simpsons highly enough!
